Increase in car park charges I visited the car park on Salford precinct on Saturday and was dumbstruck when I saw that the charge had increased from £1.00 to £1.50 for the first two hours, an increase of 50%. Needless to say I will never shop at Shopping City again. I visit my graddaughter in Droylesden and the car park charges at their equivalent of Salford Shopping City is 20p for the first two hours. It is obvious that Salford Council use their car parks just to increase the money in their coffers. Due to problems with spam only SalfordOnline members can now leave comments.
