Norman Scarth is an 85yr old WWII veteran JAILED would you believe for audio recording his friend's court case because he suspected corruption was taking place. He got Six Months in Armley Jail Leeds. Given that most of the rioters won't get 6 months is this justice? Why can't you record a court case anyway? What have they got to hide if they aren't corrupt as he suspects? Justice MUST BE SEEN (and heard?) to be done! Search Norman Scarth on Google & Facebook and get involved.

We aught to be ashamed of ourselves for "allowing" this to happen. The law is an Ass, but some time it is the ars-----s with the wigs on that are more stupid than the Ass....
