2ergo to focus on contactless payments, raise £3m from share placing
Salford Quays mobile firm 2ergo is set to raise over £3 million through placing 256 million shares with new and existing shareholders.The shares will be available at a price of 1p. Company directors Barry Sharples, Neale Graham and Keith Seeley have also subscribed to 54m new ordinary shares at the same value.
