SalfordOnline.com would like to welcome Salford-based K2L as the agency responsible for marketing the 2012 Salford Business Expo. This year’s event will take place at the new Salford City Stadium, home to Salford City Reds.
The venue can accommodate 100 exhibitors and is expected to attract more than 500 visitors, making it the largest B2B event on Salford’s business calendar.
K2L have prepared an on-going multimedia campaign to recruit sponsors and attract exhibitors and visitors to the event.
The campaign launched with the brand new Salford Business Expo website. The site showcases the event and aims to connect businesses in and around Salford with the Expo.
Users will be able to follow the latest Expo developments, book an exhibition stand, register for the event and sign up for one of the many seminars that will be taking place on the day.
Director Lynda Lane, commenting on the win, said: “As a Salford business, this is an ideal opportunity for us to raise our profile within the Salford Business Community.
The win has already opened doors for us with a number of high profile companies in the area including MediaCityUK, The Peel Group and the BBC, to name just a few.
Adding the Salford Business Expo to our growing list of Salford companies, including Salford City Reds, really does position us as one of the leading marketing agencies in the region”.
Tom Rodgers is the news editor and video producer for SalfordOnline.com, who are promoting the Salford Business Expo.
Tom said: "K2L are already the agency behind Salford City Reds and come with a great reputation for producing eye-catching and high-profile campaigns, so we're delighted to have them on board to back the Salford Business Expo.
"The idea behind the Expo was to let the Salford business community know what talent is already out there in our city, and to encourage companies to trade together locally.
"We're buzzing with excitement at the thought of what this Salford business will produce, and can't wait for the Expo on 18th October."
