> COMING UP: Dancing On Wheels
This eagerly awaited reality show starts tonight, at 9pm on BBC Three. The official site is now live, with Ouch! hosting the show's message board.

> LISTEN: TAKING A STAND
The programme features Barbara Harris, whose organisation pays addicted women to get sterilised.

> WATCH: Kim Jong-Il's Comedy Club(parental guidance necessary). Featuring a disabled Danish actor playing comedian Jacob on a cultural exchange trip to North Korea.

> WATCH: WHY DO YOU HATE ME?
On Monday the 15th at 8 PM. Panorama will broadcast a report, originally shown in Wales, about disability hate crime. The programme follows a number of disabled people as they experience it first hand.
