Demensia Awareness Session

The sessions are suitable for all staff or volunteers who encounter people with dementia in the course of their work, carers, or anybody who wishes to increase their awareness and understanding of dementia

Three main topics covered in each session are

What is Dementia ?

Understanding the common forms of Dementia

Using Person Centred Approaches in working with People with Dementia

To book your free places please email hazel.kelly@alzheimers.org.uk which date you require along with you name, organisation, role and contact details

Please note that places are limited to 12 people. Please do let us know if any attendees have any special requirements in advance.
(A portable loop system can be made available if required)
