Disability Equality and Health Care - What changes are needed?

Salford Royal NHS Foundation Trust in partnership with Salford Primary Care Trust would like to invite people with disabilities and their carers to tell us about their specific experiences of using health services.

The feedback will help Salford to set its future objectives.

Head to Pendleton Gateway on Wednesday 2nd November 2011, between 10.30am and 12.30pm to make changes to your disability services in Salford.
