A message from Caroline Allport, Salford Development Worker (Older People)

If you are a person with Alzheimers or dementia, or a carer for someone with this illness, or work within this field, We invite you to come and join us next Thursday at Buille Hill Park for a stroll, a brew, mince pie and a chat.

The Garden Centre Café is lovely and you can always get your Xmas pressies.

We really want to encourage people to get wrapped up and come and get some fresh air and meet new people.

I will be there to greet you and have a chat, I look forward to meeting you if you can make it
