Let's talk about Dementia

Many older people in the community have not had a diagnosis for many reasons, but now Age UK Salford have been commissioned to help anyone at any stage, so if you know someone who may be worried about themselves or a loved one, or neighbour they can contact them informally on 0161 788 7300.
