Salford's Heritage open days 10-13 September

The national project, Heritage Open Days, throws open the doors of a whole range of enchanting and enthralling venues not normally open to the public. Salford City Council have co-ordinated a range of events for a chance to find out what's hidden behind the windows, walls and roofs of Salford's oldest and most intriguing buildings.

And the best thing about it is - it's all FREE of charge. Places are limited and the cruises and walks in particular are very popular.
