Wheelie Bin Fire Salford
On Tuesday 17th August 2010 at 00.24 hours Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service received reports of a fire involving a wheelie bin at a property in Salford, Manchester.

Two fire crews from Manchester Central and Broughton were mobilised to the detached property; on their arrival they found a fire involving a wheelie bin and the facia board of the property.

Firefighters used a hose reel and short extension ladder to tackle the blaze - The cause of the fire was accidental by a discarded BBQ placed in the bin before it had cooled down.
