Disability bus torched in Salford
Fire crews from Eccles were called out yesterday morning at 3.42am after reports of a Red Ducato mini bus on fire in Andover Street, Eccles.
The fire crew wearing breathing apparatus managed to put the fire out but the vehicle was completely destroyed. The mini bus was used to transport disabled children to schools across Irlam and Eccles and was parked outside the driver's house. Arson is suspected and a police investigation is underway.
