Two car collision in Irlam

At 6.14pm, yesterday, crews from Eccles and Irlam were called to Irlam Wharf Road, Cadishead in Irlam to a collision involving two cars.

Firefighters used specialist cutting gear to free two men who were trapped inside one of the vehicles.

Both men were treated at the scene by paramedics before being taken to hospital for further treatment.
