8 burglaries were reported across Salford over the weekend, 7 of them caused by residents leaving doors or windows open You can help by locking your doors and closing vulnderable windows!!!!! One thief sneaked in the side door while the occupant was in the garden. If you are in the garden, lock your door behind you. Don't leave your handbags, purses or wallets on view. It takes just a few seconds for someone to sneak in. Glyn and I are always repeating the same message and we make no apologies for it!!!
