   Reports of possible rogue traders in Winton and Swinton areas
Salford Police are asking residents to be on their guard after an increase in reports of men offering to clean guttering At least 3 incidents have been reported this week where residents have been approached by a group of men offering to clean the guttering. Once a low price has been agreed the men are climbing on the roof and allegedly damaging tiles and then demanding more money. Please remember not to engage with or employ anyone on the doorstep. yes, your gutters might be blocked but it wont do any harm to wait and ring someone that you know or can be be recommended by a neighbour or relative.
