Keep a healthy heart in Eccles

Eccles Healthy Heart Club meets this Tuesday 19th June from 10 am at Patricroft URC Community Hall, Franklin Street, Eccles.

They have a 2 ½ hour programme that includes:

• Social trips and indoor games

• Group relaxation session

• Dance exercise

• Stress management and relaxation

• Bingo

Light refreshments are served throughout the session and there is no pressure whatsoever to take part – you can come along and have a chat and see what goes on! Everyone is welcome.

First visit is free of charge and subsequent visits are £1.50 plus donations towards refreshments. We meet every Tuesday.
