Salix Homes service changes go live

Salix Homes have introduced a new IT system and a new repairs contractor, Morrison, to improve the services we offer to you, here is their latest newsletter.

We are currently experiencing a high volume of calls as call handlers are using the new systems together for the first time and due to this calls are taking longer to process.

If you wish to contact Salix Direct and your call is not urgent please ring back later - the lines are open until 6.30pm.

If your call is about your rent account please call back tomorrow (Tuesday) as the system will not be available until later today.

Alternatively, you can access a range of services including paying rent online, reporting anti-social behaviour and much more, on this website. Just click here to find out more.

You can also access our services in person by calling into one of our local offices. Just click here to find out the locations.

I think the two bits that say "Just click here to find out" are supposed to be links and it hasn't worked but presumably they're meant to link to www.salixhomes.org and www.salixhomes.org/contactus.htm respectively. Their website is currently down in any case.
