   City West Salford offer free DIY skill courses
City West have announced a free DIY course, which is open to local residents, details of which are listed below.
DIY Skills Course – City West Works, 626 Eccles New Road, Salford M5 5SJ 2nd, 4th March 9th, 30th April 7th, 11th May 4th, 25th June 2nd July City West Skills Centre Staff will deliver one day sessions to learn basic DIY skills to help you maintain your homes. Among other skills you will learn drilling techniques, cutting wood, changing a fuse in a plug, unblocking a sink or fixing a shelf. Residents attending this course will receive a free tool kit and safety boots. Due to problems with spam only SalfordOnline members can now leave comments.
