Bannister Preston become Irlam’s first CQS accredited solicitors
Local solicitors Bannister Preston, on Liverpool Road, have become the area’s first Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) accredited firm.

The prestigious and rigorous scheme is awarded to only the best solicitors offering conveyancing services, giving customers the reassurance that they will receive only the highest levels of service.

David Carter Hughes, a Partner in the Residential Property Department at Bannister Preston, says that the firm’s accreditation in the Conveyancing Quality Scheme underlines the commitment Bannister Preston has to reducing the inherent stress of property buying and providing much-needed reassurance for customers.

“Conveyancing is a fundamental part of Bannister Preston’s business and our CQS accreditation shows our strength within the field. The CQS is recognition of the high quality service provided by Bannister Preston and demonstrates our ability to ensure that local people are receiving the best possible service when purchasing property.”

“Importantly, we are able to give customers the reassurance that can prove so essential when going through the process of purchasing a new home. By dealing with all our cases in an efficient and effective manner, we aim to relieve some of the stress for them.

Bannister Preston has been a well-established high street solicitors within Greater Manchester for over 100 years. Over the last 2 years the practice has invested in the business, adapting to changes within the market throughout the recession, most notably within the property market.

Investing in quality in such turbulent economic conditions, particularly through developing key staff and taking on such a rigorous scheme as the CQS is a testament to the quality provided in the property department of the business, even in a difficult marketplace.
