City West Christmas and New Year closure
City West's local area offices will be closing on Friday 23rd December at 4.30pm and re-opening at 8.30am on Tuesday 3rd January 2012. We will be providing essential services to our customers during this time.

* Customers in need of an emergency repair please call: 0300 123 5522. You will be transferred through to our out of hours service who will deal with your repair as usual. We will reopen as normal on Tuesday 3rd January 2012 from 8.00am.
* If you can smell gas, or suspect a gas leak, always call National Grid on 0800 111 999 (anytime day or night).
* Non-emergency repairs can be reported online via the website, these will be treated as being reported on Tuesday 3rd January 2012.
* If you are experiencing a housing problem which could lead to you becoming homeless please contact Salford City Council on 0161 793 2020 or 0161 794 8888 for emergency accommodation.
* If you need to report a non-urgent matter to the local Police please call 0161 872 5050.
