Funding customer involvement in Salford
City West Housing are committed to investing in our customers to ensure they are empowered to make a difference to their community and the services we deliver.

So far, we have invested over £90,000 on the following projects and initiatives that are central to involving customers in our services:

* Customer Training and Capacity Building
* Customer Rewards Scheme
* Customer Scrutiny Inspectorate
* Customer Forums
* Local Area Panels
* Annual Customer Conference

This also includes the delivery of a wide range of community interventions that support sustainable communities such as environmental projects, local festivals, health living initiatives and action weeks.

We have also launched the Youth Empowerment Panel (YEP) to enable younger customers to have their say in shaping our services.

We are continuing to support the Local Area Panel's to administer their own community grant for local projects and initiatives.

We will continue to work with our customers to improve our services and the communities of West Salford. Why not take a look at our Customer Empowerment leaflet or contact your local area office and find out more?
