Green light to convert Grade-II listed Monton schoolhouse into flats

Part of a Grade-II listed former schoolhouse is to be turned into luxury apartments in Monton.
City planners have greenlit proposals by Cheshire-based European Property Investments Ltd to convert 14,843 square feet of the imposing sandstone Stableford Hall into one one-bed flat, eight two-bed flats, and three three-bed flats.
