   Report anti - social behaviour 24 hours a day
City West customers can now report Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) 24 hours a day by calling their local area office. Customers wishing to report an instance of ASB out of office hours can call their local area office and select option 2. The call will then be answered by City West’s out of hours service who will offer advice and support to customers and complete an ASB monitoring form. If a customer is in immediate danger they will be advised to inform the Police. In all other cases the monitoring form will be picked up by the relevant local area office at 8.30am the next working day. We aim to take effective and consistent action to tackle ASB in all its forms, with a response that is reasonable and proportionate to the scale and seriousness of the problem.
