Irene's Organic Garden - Autumn and Winter
Presented by Emma Davis
Filmed and Edited by Mouine Omari Irene's organic garden is not an allotment, or a huge patch of land - it's a back yard in Monton that's been transformed into a heavenly place of sights and smells over the course of 12 years. Irene teaches organic gardening, and from the bluetits and blackbirds eating frozen fat and suet balls, to the camomile path in the sensory herb garden, every kind of life is here. Emma discovers which plants and which kinds of plants and flowers grow well in your garden (or garage, or window sill) over autumn and winter when the weather starts to get cold and frosty outside.
