By Tom Rodgers Altrincham-based Villafont Homes has submitted plans for a 15-storey tower block comprising 383 flats in Ordsall. Named 'Downtown' the build across a 0.7ha site on Woden Street next to the River Irwell will be the developer's first Private Rented Sector (PRS) scheme.
