Gender, Inclusion & Participation (Building a more just, inclusive and equal society) § What is Gender? § Why does Gender matter? § What are the main barriers to participation faced by men and women? § What can be done to promote full participation of both men and women in community activities and decision-making processes? These and other related questions will be addresses on the day. It is a participatory training where you will meet new people, reflect on local issues, learn new things and have fun.
