Monton Village Festival 2010
The dates for the ever popular Monton Village Festival have been announced.
The annual bash on Monton Road will be run by Monton Village Community Association and this year takes place on Saturday 3rd July.
As with last year, the Festival will be very much along the lines of a traditional village fete with games and activities for children, music, happenings and a range of craft and special stalls along Monton Road.
Maxine Coyle, Secretary for the Association, asked:
"We are looking for people who have crafts and unusual items to sell as well as charities who offer something other than bric a brac on their stalls."

Actually I think the posters promoting the Winton Festival last year said Winton village, anyone remember that? |
