Marriot Hotel chefs to team up with Prince's Trust in Salford
Next Thursday 26th January, The Prince’s Trust Salford Centre will hold a “Visiting Chef Workshop” with executive chefs from Marriott hotels in Manchester, Worsley Park, Liverpool, York and Preston. Young people participating in The Prince’s Trust Fairbridge programme will create a dessert, which will be featured on all UK Marriott hotel restaurant menus.

The Salford workshop is one of six that Marriott is hosting at Prince’s Trust centres across the UK this week.

Marriott chefs will work with young people engaged with the Fairbridge programme to perfect a Bramley apple crumble dessert, which will be featured next month on all UK Marriott hotel restaurant menus. Participating restaurants at Marriott-branded hotels in the UK will donate £1 for every lunch and dinner served as part of their ‘You Eat, We Give’ promotion to raise funds for The Prince’s Trust Fairbridge programme.

Marriott is helping to tackle the UK’s growing youth unemployment rates by sponsoring the Fairbridge programme’s ‘Employ Me’ courses across the UK.
