Salford bus cancellations and changes
From Monday 30 January some bus services in Salford will be cancelled entirely whilst others will change their routes.

There will be two new services running in the area replacing existing services for parts of their route.

The new services are:

Bus 66
New Monday to Saturday daytime route:

Clifton Junction - Swinton - Worsley - Westwood Park - Patricroft - Eccles - Ellesmere Park - Salford Royal Hospital

This service replaces bus 55 between Irlams o' th' Height and Pendleton and bus 69 between Eccles, Ellesmere Park and Salford.

Bus 79
New Monday to Saturday daytime route:

Swinton - Pendleton - Stretford

This service replaces bus 72 between Swinton and Pendleton and bus 69 between Pendleton and Stretford.

Other changes to services:

Bus 55, run by Arriva North West
Service withdrawn, replaced by bus 79.

Buses 61 and 62, run by Arriva North West
Times changed. Some journeys replaced by bus 66.

Buses 64 and 65, run by Arriva North West
Service withdrawn.

Bus 69, run by Arriva North West
Service withdrawn, replaced by buses 66 and 79.

Bus 70, run by Arriva North West
Monday to Saturday daytime journeys withdrawn, partly
replaced by bus 66.

Bus 72, run by Arriva North West
Service withdrawn, replaced by buses 66 and 79.

Bus 556, run by Arriva North West
Service withdrawn from Sunday 29 January.

There are also minor timetable or operator changes to the following services: 10, 19, 22, 27, 31, 63, 71, 73, 74, 75, 95, 484.
