Posted by Tony Flynn on 10th May 2010 at 02:23 PM Salford Music Co-operative's May meeting.
By: Tony Flynn. Tuesday the 11th May will see a meeting of the newly formed Salford Music co-operative founded earlier on this year by amongst others, Jon Coupe, and John Herring.
The Salford music scene is really booming at the moment with such bands as Suzuki Method, The Black Knights, Death To The Strange, Kingfishers Catch Fire, The Inflictors, Shanty Town and Girl Peculiar all going down a storm, wherever they play, in fact the Salford music scene has not looked this healthy for years.
The meeting is at The Crescent Pub, The Crescent, Salford from 6-30pm -9-30pm, all musicians, journalists, photographers, artists etc are all welcome.

Last two were valid comments and wise words in the the last about the focus being the Coop not the punters at the venue for the meeting.
I do agree about the Kings though, great venue with more than its fair share of ludicrous punters |

Cracking music venue though, and the Crescent pub does has it's own fair share of student/tossers, but it's all about the Coop not the venue. |

Good news its not at the Kings, that place is full of pretentious preppy types and wanna be Che Guevaras |
