As a famous (probably man) once said, it's not size that matters, it's what you do with it that counts.

Not everyone's got acres of space to work with in their garden - which is why you have to be canny about your planting to get the best out of your garden.

With a little know-how and some creativity in terms of the space that you use, you can get fruit and veg in your garden no matter what the size, and you don't even have to buy pots for your plants.

Irene explains about the principle of a sink garden and shows that even an old workman's boot can be used for planting....
