Salford City Reds startup the 2010 season
by Tom RodgersSalford City Reds will open their 2010 Super League campaign at Craven Park, Hull as they take on Hull Kingston Rovers in Round One of the competition.
The Reds will then play their home opener against the rebranded Crusaders RL at The Willows on Friday 12 Feb 2010 (kick off at 8PM).
The home Easter fixture sees the visit of last season’s surprise package Huddersfield Giants on Easter Monday and a massive week is concluded with the visit of Wigan Warriors.
The Reds will also play a number of games at the end of the season on a Sunday afternoon.
Two Sky TV games are scheduled at this stage – the home fixtures against Hull FC and St Helens in March and May. The only fixture left to be decided is the Magic Weekend tie in Edinburgh, which will be drawn this lunchtime on Sky Sports News.
