The speed bumps never slow down a stolen car and those in their Chelsea Tractors. As for speed signs, as that silly "Guest" suggested, these speedsters cannot read them because they are going so fast! As for "Dummy's" comment. Have you never seen a capital letter or upper case as they are called in the 21st century? There is only one Windsor Bridge and I think that it deserves its proper title. BIG W and BIG B! Geddit?

the speed bumps on the crescent are a hazard to road users, the pot holes the other end of chapel street are worse.... why are there speed bumps going uphill at windsor bridge? if you are on the bus and get up to get off,the speed bumps wreck the knees,o.k. if your'e a 20 year old student.. but most of us ain't....

Why are speed bumps on a 30 mph road, the maximum you should travel over them is 20 mph could it not save this council thousands of pounds if they first of all put up 20 mph signs instead of wasting our money on so much tar, these bumps are causing defects in vehicles, making vehciles unroad worthy, dig um up and put signs up, or would that mean they would have to advertsie the fact in print that the highways act permits a car to do 30 miles per hour in a 30 miles per hour zone, have they changes the law?
